October 11 – October 14, 2017 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Who May Apply? All Forensic Nurses practicing in Minnesota are encouraged to apply.
Scholarship applications need to be submitted by July 5, 2017.
The applications will be evaluated by the MN IAFN Chapter Board –
President – Ellen Johnson
President Elect – Amy Schmitz
Immediate Past President – Linda Walther
Education Director – Karine Zakroczymski
Secretary/Treasuer – Barb Kern-Pieh.
The scholarship recipients will be notified by email on July 13, 2017
Early registration discounted fee ends on July 31, 2017 ($525 for IAFN members and $654 for non-members)
The scholarships will be awarded after a copy of the conference registration fee is submitted to mnforensicnurses@gmail.com.
