Associate Member - $109*
For our colleagues not in nursing. You may add online access to the Journal for an additional $20 per year. You may also join a local chapter for $25 a year.

Available to those who are currently enrolled in a primary nursing program and have never held a professional nursing license or who hold RN licensure and are currently enrolled full-time in an advancing education program. Student members may not vote or hold office in the organization. Student Members may add online access to the Journal for an additional $20 per year. You may also join a local chapter for $25 a year.
Retired Member: Active Association Members may request to change their member type to Retired Member status upon payment of their annual dues. To qualify for Retired Member status, the member must be at least 65 years of age and have maintained an active membership status with Association for a minimum of seven consecutive years. Retired members may add online access to the Journal for an additional $20 per year. You may also join a local chapter for $25 a year.
Dues or other payments to IAFN are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to certain restrictions related to any association lobbying. IAFN estimates that 1.30% of member dues are attributable to the lobbying activities of this organization. Please consult your tax advisor. This rate is subject to change on a yearly basis.
$20.00 of the membership dues are applied to a subscription to the Journal of Forensic Nursing.
Sliding-scale dues are also available to some members who live outside the U.S. and Canada.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
