2026 SANE Course

Virtual Adult/Adolescent SANE 40-hour Didactic Class - meets weekly on Wednesdays!

  • April 15th, 22nd, 29th, May 6th, and 13th; from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM daily
  • The introductory class to begin your journey as a SANE.

This 40 hour Adult/Adolescent Didactic Course provides SANEs the foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to provide holistic, comprehensive care to adult and adolescent patients that have experienced sexual assault.

Participants from across the Midwest will the have the opportunity to network and learn alongside other nurses while under the expert instruction of many Minnesota-based presenters, including SANE program managers, law enforcement, advocacy, victim-survivors, an attorney, forensic scientist and more.

Eligibility: Licensed Registered Nurse, two years of clinical practice
recommended but not mandatory.
