May 20-24, 2024 SANE training Registration

Please fill out the registration form for the training.

You will receive an email from lwather@mncasa.org when you fill out the registration form with instructions for paying the registration fee. 

Your registration is not complete until you pay the $250 refundable registration fee (by PayPal or by check) 

Upon registration you need to complete the Trainee Intake form  for reimbursement and other educational opportunities thru the Hennepin Healthcare HRSA grant
