Do you need SANE clinical experience?

Have you attended a Clinical Skills Lab?  New SANEs have found this to be extremely helpful.

SANEs who have been practicing for a while but see only a few patients a year have also found the Skills Lab to be a great refresher and to validate their practice.

Regions Hospital is hosting another 16-hour IAFN Clinical Skills Lab on September 29 and 30, 2018.

Local sexual assault advocates participate as the live models in this skills lab and are familiar with responses of
actual sexual assault victims and help to provide a realistic experience in caring for victims.  Attending a skills lab
will also fulfill part of the requirements for becoming a SANE per the IAFN Education guidelines and eligibility
requirements for sitting for the SANE-A certification exam per the SANE certification handbook.

If you are interested in participating in this unique, high-quality education experience take a look at the
flyer with registration info.
